There’s also a bar area in the room, which changes the energy of a late-afternoon strategy session in ways that a cart of bottled water simply cannot.
For larger team gatherings, the Barn Event Space opens up considerably. It accommodates large events and handles flexible setups well, so whether your group needs round tables for a working dinner or open floor space for a team activity, the room adapts. The Dining Hall rounds out the options. It holds meals, breakout conversations, and smaller group sessions in a rustic atmosphere, and it has a kitchen prep area and restrooms on site.

This is the piece that separates a Riverbend retreat from a day-trip to a hotel meeting room. We have 47 beds spread across four guest houses and two private cabins. The guest houses include rooms with King, Queen, and Twin XL beds, plus bunk options upstairs for larger groups. The cabins have a Master bedroom with a King bed and a loft with multiple Twin XL beds. The property can accommodate over 60 guests in total when you account for flexible sleeping arrangements.
When your team sleeps, eats, and works in the same place, the retreat becomes more effective and engaging for your team. Conversations that start in the Bison Room continue over dinner at the Dining Hall and finish by the fire pit that night. That continuity is difficult to replicate when half the group is commuting back to a hotel in town each evening.

We don’t force anyone into a ropes course. The activities here are the kind people actually look forward to. The stocked ponds hold bass, catfish, and bluegill, and fishing before a morning session resets things in a way that a morning icebreaker rarely does. The property has open outdoor spaces for informal team games, a full fitness center, a basketball court, and a BB gun range.
River access on the Duck River means riverside dinners and bonfires are a real option, not a brochure promise.
