Caring for Pastors and Their Families at Riverbend Ranch

At Riverbend Ranch, we believe in pouring into those who have poured into others. Our Pastoral Care and Respite Program is designed to provide pastors and their families with a much-needed place to rest, recharge, and reconnect — at no cost to them.

Pastors dedicate their lives to shepherding their congregations, often sacrificing their own well-being in the process. The demands of ministry can be relentless, leaving many pastors feeling exhausted, isolated, and burned out. At Riverbend Ranch, we see the need to step in and offer care to these leaders, giving them the space and support they need to continue their calling with renewed strength.

What We Offer

Our program provides pastors and their families with the opportunity to stay at Riverbend Ranch for a fully hosted retreat. During their time with us, pastors will have access to:

• Delicious Meals: Enjoy nourishing meals prepared with care, giving families the chance to relax and enjoy quality time together without the stress of cooking.

• Coaching and Mentorship: Our program includes personalized coaching sessions for pastors, offering them a space to reflect, process challenges, and receive encouragement from experienced ministry leaders.

• Rest and Reconnection: The ranch’s peaceful environment provides opportunities for rest, quiet reflection, and family bonding, far from the pressures of daily ministry.
