We offer two ways to book. Our base package gives you single-day access to the barn, the bride’s cabin, the groom’s space, and tables and chairs, which works well if you want a straightforward one-day celebration. Our all-inclusive package is the full experience. That means a three-day rental running Friday through Sunday, two nights of on-site accommodations, full property exclusivity, a day of wedding coordinator, flower arrangements for your tables, and the end-of-night fireworks photo opportunity that has become one of the signature experiences included in the all-inclusive package. You can also add rehearsal dinner day, a riverside bonfire, tractor rides, or one of our firework walk-out packages if you want to build something even more custom.
The White Barn and Riverside Settings
Our indoor reception space, the White Barn, seats 200 guests comfortably around tables with room left for dancing, or up to 350 theater style for a larger gathering. For ceremonies, you can choose our lakeside site or our riverside site, both set against the natural scenery of the ranch. Altogether, we can host ceremonies up to 300 guests and receptions up to 200. If you want something smaller and more intimate, our dining hall seats 60 and has its own rustic charm with a kitchen prep area close by. Every indoor space is heated and cooled, so weather is one less thing to plan around.
